What is the rock button bit

According to the different face of the button bit , they can be divided into the flat head type and the ball tooth type. Because the latter is used more, the cylindrical tooth bit is usually called the ball tooth bit. According to the end face shape of the cylindrical tooth full face drill bit, it can be divided into rock button bit plane drill bit and cylindrical tooth convex (concave) face button bit.

The rock button bit convex bit has the function of self grinding in the drilling process, with fast drilling speed, long service life, accurate positioning, coarse rock cuttings, low dust, and no need for grinding.

The connection mode of ball tooth drill bit includes taper hole connection and threaded connection. The threaded connection is generally determined according to the drill bit diameter and the drill pipe thread used together.
