Tungsten Carbide Buttons Discription

Tungsten Carbide Buttons are an alloy material composed of hard compounds of refractory metals such as tungsten carbide (WC) powder and bonding metals such as cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni) powder, which are widely used in mining, quarrying and cutting processes.

Depending on the design form, there are many types of Tungsten Carbide Button, including conical ball teeth, wedge teeth, coal pick teeth, road digging teeth, flat top teeth, sharp claw teeth, spoon teeth and mushroom teeth. Depending on the material composition, there are many grades of carbide ball teeth, including YG4C, YG6, YG8, YG8C, YG11C, YG13C and YG15C, etc., and the uses corresponding to different grades are different.
