Non-Magnetic Tungsten carbide ball description
Non-Magnetic Tungsten Carbide Balls from Zhuzhou Jinxin are extremely hard. The manufacturing process makes tungsten carbide balls significantly more expensive than other materials, but they are practically inert. Tungsten carbide balls are ideal for applications requiring extreme hardness along with high resistance to wear and impact. They perform well under elevated temperatures, corrosion, humidity, abrasion, and poor lubrication conditions, and are often compared to titanium balls. These balls are made from 100% virgin tungsten carbide material.
Non-Magnetic Tungsten carbide ball features
Non-magnetic tungsten carbide has the excellent performance of tungstencarbide, and at the same time has the characteristic of non-magnetic.Non-magnetic tungsten carbide, because of its hardness, bending strength, impact toughness, corrosion resistance is higher than other materials, and thus is suitable for hot extraction wells and sand exit wells.
Non-magnetic tungsten carbide refers to tungsten carbide materials with no magnetic properties or weak magnetic properties. Adopting non-magnetic tungsten carbide with its excellent performance instead of non-magnetic steel can improve the working efficiency exponentially.
