Tungsten carbide square rods are mainly made of a mixture of WC tungsten carbide and Co cobalt powders by metallurgical methods of powdering, ball milling, pressing and low-pressure sintering, with the main alloying components of WC and Co. The compositional content of WC and Co in cemented carbide square rods for different applications is not identical, and the scope of use is extremely wide.
Outstanding wear resistance: Due to its high hardness, the carbide strip has excellent wear resistance. It is able to withstand high intensity friction and impact over a long period of time, reducing dimensional changes and performance degradation due to wear. Even under severe working conditions, such as high-speed cutting and heavy-duty stamping, the carbide strip maintains a long service life.
