A company mainly produces white cement. In the process of raw material preparation, a roller press is required. Therefore, the roller surface of the roller press is required to be high. After 4 times of on-line surfacing, the surfacing layer will peel off. The on-line repair times are about 10 times a year, which seriously restricts the production of raw mill and the production of rotary kiln. Because of the sliding property of pyrophyllite, the column nails can better mesh the materials during the work of the roller press, greatly alleviate the sliding caused by pyrophyllite crushing, and improve the vibration of the roller press and the stability of the motor current.
