Tungsten Carbide Welding Rods
Tungsten carbide welding rods is made by mixing granular sintered cemented carbide and elastic body alloy. Coated with a special flux and colored to identify particle size. Welding rods are ideal for protecting high-wear components of equipment in the oil and gas drilling, geothermal, mining, and geological exploration industries, including washover shoes, stabilizers, down-the-hole drill bits, reamers, drill rods & subs, etc.
Tungsten carbide hardfacing has the highest level of abrasion resistance available. The high level of abrasion resistance is offset by lower impact resistance than other types of hardfacing.
JinXin Tungsten Carbide welding Rod Features:
100% virgin materials;
Excellent wear, corrosion, and abrasion resistance;
Consistent quality;
Competitive price;
Customization service.
The tungsten carbide welding rod is applied by the oxyacetylene brazing method. For cutting purposes, tungsten carbide hardfacing welding rods with larger particles are needed; while for wear purposes, smaller particles should be the choice.
