Online maintenance was required once a month. The number of maintenance is about 10 times, which seriously restricts the output of the raw meal mill and the production increase of the rotary kiln. After listening to our suggestion, use multi-point studs. Because of the slippage of pyrophyllite, the use of studs has better meshing effect on materials during the work of the roller press, which greatly alleviates the slippage generated in the crushing of pyrophyllite. It can improve the vibration of the roller press and the stability of the motor current.

    Through advanced powder metallurgy technology and metal material processing technology, we have customized a set of special grinding roller stud for this company for the crushing of pyrophyllite.
