Tungsten Carbide welding rods description
Tungsten carbide welding rods is made by mixing granular sintered cemented carbide and elastic body alloy. Coated with a special flux and colored to identify particle size.
Compared with the traditional cast tungsten carbide welding rods, the new tungsten carbide welding rods are refilled with hard particles with an optimised combination of particle sizes, which have better weldability, wear resistance and impact resistance, and are suitable for surfacing and repairing of oil drilling tools, construction, building material machinery, mining and geological tools, agricultural machinery and other strongly abrasive parts.
The welding rod is produced by automatic equipment, which ensures the consistency of product quality.
