Repair spikes and studs JX12-9-2 for replacement
Jinxin repair spikes, JX12-9-2, repair stud is used to repair errors in winter bus tires. It replaces worn and detached factory nails.
For this model, the depth of the holes under the tire tread varies from 7 millimeters to 8 millimeters.
Casting was carried out in the same hole of the factory. The misalignment scheme designed by tire manufacturers remains unchanged. When using repair nails, the integrity of the tire will not be compromised.
The repair spikes consists of three main parts:
1. Steel casing. The diameter of the main flange is increased to 12 millimeters and fixed on the tire tread.
2. A polymer liner that completely fills the wear holes of the tread rubber. Prevent abrasive materials (sand, salt) from entering the nail base.
3. Tungsten carbide inserts are a type of "core" nail made of tungsten carbide based hard alloy.
The unique patented design allows for long-term use of repair studs and extends the lifespan of winter tires by several seasons.
Timely replacement of repair studs can nearly double the service life of winter tires.
