Depending on the material and thickness of the stamping, different tungsten carbide should be selected for the punching needle. Generally, the thicker the product being stamped, the lower the hardness and better toughness of the tungsten carbide should be chosen. The harder the material, the lower the hardness of tungsten steel, which can effectively prevent the punching needle from being punched out. For stamping thinner sheets or those with low hardness, tungsten carbidel punching needles with higher hardness can be used for hole processing, which can improve the service life of the punching needles.
